Shipping

We aim to ship within 2 weeks of your order being placed.

As all our knives are handmade to order this does mean that sometimes delays can occur. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Once we have shipped, please allow 2-3 days for UK deliveries and 10-14 days for international deliveries. International deliveries are subject to customs and delays can occur which are outside of our control.

UK shipping requires age verification on delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days on our knives, only if they haven’t been used. We accept returns on all other products within 14 days, again, if they haven’t been used.

Paying for returned items – Because we are a small business, we kindly ask you to pay for tracked postage of your returns. Please email the tracking code to us directly to alex@foxyroks.com.

Damaged Goods – We check all the knives thoroughly before sending them out. But if there are any damages to your knife, please get in contact with us within the first 24 hours and we can help.
