Returns

We accept returns within 7 days on our knives, only if they haven’t been used. We accept returns on all other products within 14 days, again, if they haven’t been used.

Paying for returned items – Because we are a small business, we kindly ask you to pay for tracked postage of your returns. Please email the tracking code to us directly to alex@foxyroks.com.

Damaged Goods – We check all the knives thoroughly before sending them out. But if there are any damages to your knife, please get in contact with us within the first 24 hours and we can help.
