Foxyroks x James Cochran Marlboro Bunka 6"

An agile Japanese kitchen knife with a straight-edged blade and an angular, "K-tip" It’s well designed for most kitchen tasks such as slicing, dicing, and mincing, while its pointed tip excels at delicate tasks like intricate carving, piercing, and fine detail.

Steel – 67–layer 10Cr15oMoV Damascus Steel.

Handle – Handmade hard rock Maple wood repurposed skateboard deck with original art and Pink Foxyroks enamel badge.

Please note, as we aim to use the whole skateboard deck, each handle is boldly unique, and graphics will differ slightly, so yours will be a one off.

We use a range of decks from recycled street ridden, redundant branded stock, our new collaboration decks and decks that have minor imperfections. Knife handles may have the occasional battle scar already. This does not affect the functionality of your knife. They have History!!!

Over 18 years of age to purchase and proof of identity on delivery.

James Cochran (@chefjamescochran)

With parents from St.Vincent in the Caribbean and Glasgow, Scotland, he grew up by the sea in Whitstable, Kent - A mixed heritage reflected in his innovative and exciting dishes. After getting his first job at Wheeler's Oyster Bar in his hometown, his talent took him to the world-renowned, two-Michelin-starred, The Ledbury - where he honed his skills under mentor Brett Graham. He went on to run the kitchen at Michelin-starred gastropub, The Harwood Arms.

He opened his flagship restaurant, 12:51, in Islington, North London. In 2018 - the same year he won the BBC's Great British Menu - a feat he repeated in 2020. A winner of the prestigious Eater London Chef of the Year and restaurant of the year from Fay Mashalar. Voted best roast in North London by Jimi Famurewa through timeout.

These are just a few of his accolades he has achieved in his career. Launched Around the cluck through lockdown and had huge success and is now at multiple locations.
